Buying and activating designs

The Purchase Manager handles the payment process for activating septic system designs. A design must be purchased (activated) before its PDFs can be generated and downloaded.
Design List
The Purchase Manager displays a table of your saved designs that are not yet activated (status = disabled) or need re-activating after editing of critical data.
Each row shows:

| Client | The client’s last name |
You can select one or more designs to purchase in a single transaction. The invoice preview updates as you check and uncheck designs.
Invoice Preview
As you select designs, the lower panel displays a live invoice showing:
- Each selected design with its serial number and client name
- The per-design fee (set by your account’s standard fee rate)
- The total amount for all selected designs
If you have prepaid credit on your account, it is applied automatically to reduce the total.
Payment
PayPal
Click Pay Now to proceed to PayPal checkout. The PayPal payment window opens where you can pay using your PayPal account or a credit/debit card. After successful payment:
- The server records the payment and updates the design status to “enabled”
- You are returned to the application
- The design is now active and its PDFs can be generated
Prepaid Balance
If your account has a prepaid balance sufficient to cover the selected designs, the purchase may complete without requiring a PayPal transaction.
Accessing the Purchase Manager
The purchase manager is reachable from the Design Navigator or the Finish page of the Design Wizard. Either way, the design you had selected will be the one that is checked in the design list here.
Save PDF
The Save PDF button generates a PDF copy of the current invoice preview for your records.
Tips
- You can purchase multiple designs at once to save time — select them all and pay in a single PayPal transaction.
- The design must be saved before it can be purchased. If the Purchase button is disabled on the Finish page, save the design first.
- After purchasing, return to the Finish page to see the enabled design with PDF generation and download capabilities.
