Account settings and preferences

The Account Editor lets you view and update your account information, change your password, and manage synchronization preferences.

Contact Information

Field Description
Name Your full name as it appears on invoices and system records
Address Your business mailing address
City City
State State (dropdown of US states and territories)
Zip Code Postal code
Telephone Phone number
Email Email address for account communications

Changes to contact information take effect after clicking save.

Password

To change your password:

  1. Enter the new password in the New Password field
  2. Re-enter it in the Repeat Password field
  3. Both fields must match before the Save button becomes active
  4. Click save to update your password

The new password takes effect immediately. If you have “Remember credentials” enabled on the login screen, the stored password is not automatically updated — you may need to re-enter it on next login.

Prepaid Balance

The Prepaid field displays your current prepaid account balance. This balance is applied automatically when purchasing designs, reducing or eliminating the PayPal payment amount. The prepaid balance is read-only — it is managed by BJSoftware.

Web Sync

The Can Web checkbox controls whether your account participates in web synchronization. When enabled, your designs, clients, and personas sync between the SewersOnline web application and your desktop Sewers application.

Saving Changes

The save button is initially disabled. It becomes enabled when you make changes to any field. Click Save to submit your updated information to the server.

Tips

  • Keep your email address current — it’s used for account communications.
  • The “Fill in from account” button in the Persona Editor can pull your account contact information into a persona, so keeping your account info up to date saves time when setting up personas.
