Persona Editor

The Persona Editor lets you create and customize designer personas — the profiles that provide default values and branding for your designs.

What You Can Configure

Designer Identity

• Name — your name or business name as it appears on reports
• Designer ID — license or certification number
• Contact information — address, phone, email

Report Branding

• Letterhead image — appears at the top of every design report
• Signature image — your digital signature for the report
• Remittance address — where clients send payment

Design Defaults

• Default percolation rate, flow rate — pre-filled on the Site Investigation page
• Default elevation, distance, extra depth — pre-filled on the Dosing to Discharge page
• Pump surplus head margin — minimum head above calculated requirement

Tank Display Options

• Show generic tanks — standard tanks from any manufacturer
• Show named brands — specific manufacturer models
• Show local suppliers — county-specific approved tanks
• Tank selection restriction — allow multiple selections, require at least one, or require exactly one

Report Sections

Control which sections appear in the final design report:

• Specification sheets
• Staking data
• Contractor summary
• Additional custom sections

Managing Personas

• Default persona — created automatically from your account info; always exists
• Create new — add personas for different business names or designers
• Edit — modify any persona’s settings
• Delete — remove personas you no longer need (except Default)

Tips

• Invest time setting up your persona before doing a batch of designs. Good defaults save significant time per design.
• If you design in multiple counties, consider creating county-specific personas with local tank suppliers enabled.
• Letterhead and signature images should be high-resolution for best PDF output quality.
