Welcome to SewersOnline
SewersOnline is a web-based septic system design application. It guides you through the complete process of designing an on-site sewage disposal system that meets Pennsylvania regulatory requirements.
What You Can Do
- Design septic systems using the step-by-step Design Wizard
- Draw plot plans showing the site layout and component placement
- Manage clients and their design history
- Generate PDF reports ready for submission to your permitting agency
- Invoice clients and process payments through PayPal
Getting Started
- Log in with your BJSoftware account credentials
- Select a persona (your designer profile with default values and branding)
- Start a new design from the Design Navigator, or open an existing one
- Work through the wizard — each page collects specific design information
- Save and purchase your completed design to generate the final PDF report
Your Account
Your account includes your designer credentials, subscription status, and stored designs. All designs are synced to the server so you can access them from any browser.
